               教学相长 知行合一

 

               

诠释:

教(jiao)(jiao)学(xue)相(xiang)长(zhang)(zhang)——《礼(li)记(ji)•学(xue)记(ji)》:“学(xue)然后(hou)(hou)知(zhi)不足,教(jiao)(jiao)然后(hou)(hou)知(zhi)困(kun);知(zhi)不足然后(hou)(hou)能(neng)自反也(ye),知(zhi)困(kun)然后(hou)(hou)能(neng)自强也(ye)。故曰教(jiao)(jiao)学(xue)相(xiang)长(zhang)(zhang)。” 指教(jiao)(jiao)与学(xue)相(xiang)互(hu)(hu)助长(zhang)(zhang),告诫教(jiao)(jiao)师必须树立“终(zhong)身学(xue)习”理念,惟有及时(shi)(shi)充电,才能(neng)更好(hao)地去教(jiao)(jiao)学(xue)生。同时(shi)(shi)还指教(jiao)(jiao)师与学(xue)生间平等互(hu)(hu)动,孔子曰:“三人(ren)行(xing)必有我师焉”,教(jiao)(jiao)与学(xue)角(jiao)色可以(yi)互(hu)(hu)换,教(jiao)(jiao)育是(shi)心(xin)心(xin)相(xiang)印的活动。

知(zhi)(zhi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)合(he)一——《道(dao)德(de)经(jing)》:“使我介然有知(zhi)(zhi),行(xing)(xing)(xing)於大道(dao),惟施是畏(wei)”。“知(zhi)(zhi)”就(jiu)是知(zhi)(zhi)识(shi)(shi)、智慧;“行(xing)(xing)(xing)”就(jiu)是行(xing)(xing)(xing)动(dong)、行(xing)(xing)(xing)为。明朝思想(xiang)家(jia)王阳明提出了“知(zhi)(zhi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)合(he)一”思想(xiang)。毛泽东在《实(shi)践(jian)论》里(li)也谈到(dao)了“知(zhi)(zhi)”和(he)“行(xing)(xing)(xing)”的(de)重要(yao)关(guan)系(xi),主张通(tong)过实(shi)践(jian)发(fa)现真理(li)(li),又通(tong)过实(shi)践(jian)证实(shi)真理(li)(li)和(he)发(fa)展(zhan)真理(li)(li)。从(cong)(cong)感性认(ren)(ren)识(shi)(shi)能(neng)(neng)动(dong)地发(fa)展(zhan)到(dao)理(li)(li)性认(ren)(ren)识(shi)(shi),又从(cong)(cong)理(li)(li)性认(ren)(ren)识(shi)(shi)能(neng)(neng)动(dong)地指导实(shi)践(jian),改造(zao)主观(guan)世(shi)界(jie)和(he)客观(guan)世(shi)界(jie)。实(shi)践(jian)、认(ren)(ren)识(shi)(shi)、再(zai)实(shi)践(jian)、再(zai)认(ren)(ren)识(shi)(shi),这种形式,循环往复以至无(wu)穷(qiong),而实(shi)践(jian)和(he)认(ren)(ren)识(shi)(shi)之每一循环的(de)内(nei)容(rong),都比较地进(jin)入了高一级(ji)的(de)程(cheng)度。“知(zhi)(zhi)行(xing)(xing)(xing)合(he)一”还指理(li)(li)论知(zhi)(zhi)识(shi)(shi)与实(shi)践(jian)动(dong)手能(neng)(neng)力(li)合(he)二(er)为一。
